Neftekhimik lost to Ak Bars 2–3.


Ak Bars scored first goal of the game twelve minutes after an opening faceoff.

In the second, Neftekhimik forward Evgeny Mityakin tied the game up.

In the third, Ak Bars regained its lead in the 53th minute. Five mintues later, Ak Bars made it 1–3 when Neftekhimik replaced its goaltender with an extra palyer. Neftekhimik did not give up and German Tochilkin scored Neftekhimik's second goal 36 seconds before the end of the third.
