Neftekhimik got a win over Lada 4–3 (OT).
By the 27th minute of the game Neftekhimik was trailling 0–2. Later, Alexander Dergachyov and Dmitry Sokolov made it 2–2.Lada took the lead again in the third period. Evgeniy Mityakin tied the game up at the last minute of the third.
In overtime, Jean-Sébastien Dea, a game–winning goal on the power play with 0.6 seconds left.
