Neftekhimik players held a master class in Chistopol for children attending a local hockey school.
These trips have already become a tradition: the team actively works with the regions, focusing on children's schools where the future of hockey is shaped. The main goal of the visit to Chistopol is to motivate the kids to continue their training and to show them that the path to professional sport begins at the local ice rink. The training session began with a general warm-up and simple skating exercises. After that, the players from the local teams Chyornye Pantery (Black Panthers) and Tornado played an exhibition game against each other. Both teams had Neftekhimik players on their rosters. It was a unique experience for the kids – seeing the speed and concentration of players they usually only watch on tv or in the stands.

Neftekhimik players noted that a truly passionate generation of hockey is growing up in Chistopol. They said they saw many players on the ice with excellent skating skill and a keen eye for the game. The players shared not only technical tips but also personal stories with the children: how they started playing, how much time they spent practicing, the importance of balancing sport and school, and not giving up after bad games.
Local coaches also expressed warm words for the guests. They believe that such master classes are a powerful motivator for children and help to maintain their interest in the game, especially for those who just starting out in hockey. The opportunity to talk to professional players, ask questions, and receive a live assessment of your skills is an experience that no online videos can provide.

"Five years ago, we became friends and sport brings friends together. Neftekhimik has always been interested in developing youth sports. We appreciate it and also devote a lot of attention to our young hockey players. We want our kids to grow into, at a minimum, Reaktor players, and, at a maximum, Neftekhimik players." – said the head of the Chistopol District Executive Committee Eduard Khasanov.
Each of young players was able to get an autograph on a hockey stick, puck, or jersey, and many took home not only souvenirs but also the confidence that their own dream of a hockey career is entirely achievable.

"I think these trips bring so many positive emotions not only to the children but also to us hockey players. I don't know who benefits more from these master classes – us or the children." – said Ivan Nikolishin.
The team has trips planned to other cities so that as many children as possible can see live hockey and gain confidence.
