– It was an interesting game. There were plenty of scoring chances. Everything was decided by the game of special units. We had a good goal–scoring chance in the third period. In the final period, we outshot the opponent three times in shots. In overtime, playing on the pwoer play, we did not make a lot of shots. We could have won. In the shootout, the opposing team showed a little more skill. Congratulations on getting one point. We had a great support on the stands. It was nice to hear them, and it is clear that the fans missed hockey, they supported us a lot. We appreciate it.
– Neftekhimik outshot its opponent three times in the third period. Did CSKA tired physically?
– It is hard to say. I do not think that the opponent tired. They scored 18 goals in the last three games. However, we also stepped up, we needed to score.
– Why did you decide to change the goalie before the shootout series?
– It was our common decision. We sometimes practice this, changing the goalie before the shootout. We ask Filipp how he is feeling.
