Ticket Refund

Dear fans! The KHL boards confirmed the structure of the remaining part of the 2021-2022 KHL season due to the impossibility to play out the remaining regular-season games in time for the start of the playoff.
Therefore, HC Neftekhimik makes a refund for tickets for cancelled games. The fans will have the option to receive a refund.
Fans who purchased tickets through the Neftekhimik website need to complete our form to request a refund and send it to albekov.rf@hcnh.ru
For all tickets purchased at the box office, refunds can be made in person during normal box office (Neftekhim Arena) hours, Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM. (It is neccessary to bring ticket forms and a Russian civil passport).
Season ticket holders can visit ¼ finals of the playoffs for free.
